Rise / Warrior 12"
November 4th saw the release of a double A 12" featuring 'Rise' (1986 12" version) and 'Warrior' (1989 12" extended mix). This is the 3rd and final PiL vinyl release as part of Virgin Records 40th anniversary celebrations. The sleeve features the original artwork on each side. The original labels have also been reproduced.

This is Not a Love Song / USLS1 7" picture disc
A limited edition 7" picture disc of 'This is Not a Love Song' (1983 12" version) backed with 'USLS1' (the rarer Eric ET Thorngren mix from the Warrior 7" single) was released on October 28th. The picture disc features the black PiL logo (as per 'This is Not a Love Song') on the front and the "eye" from the back of the Warrior 7" on the rear.

Album picture disc LP
A picture disc re-issue of 'Album' album was released on October 21st 2013. The 180g vinyl LP was issued as part of the Back to Black vinyl series and includes a download code. The original tracklisting and artwork style have been kept.

PiL Gold compilation CD
Monday December 2nd 2013, sees Universal / Virgin Records issue a new budget PiL compilation as part of their 'Gold' series. The 28 track double CD, clocking in at over 70 minutes each, features tracks from all the re-mastered Virgin studio albums; along with some 12" mixes. See tracklisting below. PiL management were heavily involved with the tracklisting - and despite the limitations of the Gold series were involved in the artwork; which includes rare Maureen Baker pictures of the band circa 1982 along with a PiL biography. The compilation will be available in selected stockists in Europe and UK.

40 Years of Disruptions Exhibition...
Virgin also held an exhibition at Studio B1 in London's Southampton Row from October 24th-29th. The exhibition featured rare PiL memorabilia, pictures and records from the PiL Official archives. Even Mr Branson could not resist getting picture taken in front of it...

To tie in the 40 Years of Disruptions exhibition Virgin also published a high-quality picture book that featured articles on Sex Pistols and PiL. The book is in shops now.
